Tigerexch Rules – Official Platform Guidelines & Fair Play Policy

At Tigerexch, we are committed to offering a secure, transparent, and seamless gaming experience for every player. To ensure fairness across all markets, please read and understand the following rules before placing any wager. These policies apply to Online Cricket ID, Fancy Markets, Casino Games, and Sports Exchange across the platform.

1. Session & Fancy Market Rules

• Once Session or Fancy markets are completed and settled, no reversals are allowed — even if the match is tied, abandoned, or canceled
• Advance Session and Player Runs markets are valid only for full 20 or 50 overs per side
• All advance fancy markets will be suspended 60 minutes before the match and settled accordingly
• If a market gets suspended for any reason and does not resume, all previous wagers will be considered Haar/Jeet results
• Incomplete Session markets will be canceled, but fully completed sessions will be settled as normal
• In the event of a match cancellation, no result, or abandonment, any completed session or fancy markets will still be settled

2. Player Runs & Retired Hurt Rules

If a player retires hurt and at least one ball has been bowled after the wager was placed, all active markets remain valid under our platform rules.

3. Technical Glitches & Connectivity Issues

• Tiger Exchange is not responsible for any losses resulting from software glitches or technical errors
• If a power failure or internet disruption occurs on our end and a market fails to suspend in time, the platform’s decision will be final and binding

4. Management Decision & Dispute Resolution

• If a wrong market is offered by error, Tigerexch management reserves the right to correct or cancel affected wagers
• Any suspicious activity — including stadium play, fund passing, or unfair advantage — may result in markets being voided
• Cheating, match-fixing, court-siding, and commission manipulation are strictly prohibited. Violators risk immediate account suspension and fund seizure
• All decisions made under these rules are final and binding for all registered users

5. Fancy Market Rules

If a fancy value is passed, the market will be settled after the match concludes. Markets affected by this rule include:

• Total Sixes / Total Fours
• Highest Individual Score / Most Wickets
• Highest Over Runs / Highest Innings Runs

In case of wrong odds or commentary errors, affected markets will be canceled in accordance with our official platform guidelines.

• ODIs — Winner is determined by the highest score after 25 overs
• T20s — Winner is determined by the highest score after 10 overs
• Penalty runs will not be counted when settling fancy or advanced markets under our official rules

8. Live Streaming & Score Updates

Stay updated during every match:

• Live Cricket Streaming — Available on the platform
• Live Scores — Real-time updates via the official dashboard

9. IPL Special Rules

(Applicable for IPL 2021 and all future seasons)

In case of rain interruptions or abandoned matches, the following average market scores apply:

• Total Sixes → Average: 13
• Total Fours → Average: 26
• Total Wickets → Average: 12
• All other markets → Settled as per Tigerexch IPL average guidelines

If the IPL season is suspended mid-way, the platform waits 45 days. After that period, settlement is processed based on average scores up to that point.

10. Responsible Gaming Policy

At Tiger Exchange, we are fully committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all users:

•  No underage gaming — strictly prohibited for users under 18
•  One account per user — multiple accounts will result in suspension
•  Any suspicious activity may lead to immediate account restriction
